We can do an installation and configuration of new equipment onsite and a data transfer if required.
The price covers the first hour onsite and any additional time will be charged by the hour accordingly.
Call Out
A call out to your premises, to provide Apple Mac trouble shooting and assistance or advice, covers Hayle, St. Ives, Redruth, Camborne, Helston, Falmouth, Truro and surrounding areas. Please give us a call for confirmation and pricing.

M.O.T your Mac
This is a one-off service to check software issues and ensure software is as up-to-date as possible. We can defragment your drive (if required) and offer system optimisation and general performance advice.

Some problems can simply be small glitches or just a matter of incorrect settings. We know what to look out for and we can solve it in no time.
With broadband connection and Mac OS 10.14 or above, it’s now easy to screen share and talk over the phone to help diagnose and fix software-based issues. We can provide up to 30 minutes service time.
